Terms and Conditions
These online shopping terms and conditions apply to all orders which you place using our website www.justronics.co.uk which is operated by JusTronics. Please read them carefully before placing your order and print a copy for future reference.
By using this website you accept and agree to be bound by these online Shopping Terms and Conditions
Your Account
You may register with us when purchasing items using our website. Please ensure the details you provide us with on registration are correct and complete. You can access and update your details anytime using the “My Account”.
Placing the orders
Placing an order to purchase items using our website confirms your complete agreement, understanding and acceptance that you will buy the items for the price stated, subject to all terms and conditions as set out by JudTronics. By ordering you are providing details which are true, accurate, current and complete and that the credit,debit card or Paypal and Google Checkout details are correct and your own.
We will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an email summarizing the details of your order ("Order Confirmation E-mail"); this is the point at which we accept your order and the contract is formed.
Prices
Products are invoiced in GBP sterling at the price prevailing at the time you place your order. Prices displayed on-line include Value Added Tax which will be charged at the current rate. Where prices are displayed in alternative currencies on this website, these are for reference purposes only and local prices may change according to current currency rates. Whilst we try and ensure all details, descriptions and prices are correct when appearing.
Delivery charge is an additional cost.Your delivery charge will automatically be displayed when you proceed to checkout before you submit and pay for your order.
Although we try to ensure that all prices on the Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the Website at any point. Should we need to issue a refund due to a price change or item being out of stock we will need to re-contact you to obtain your card details.
Payment
You may pay for the items which you order online by supplying your credit/debit card details on the secure online order form. We regret that we cannot accept cheques, gift vouchers or cash as payment online.
When you place your order, our system automatically asks your card issuer for authorisation for this amount. If we get a valid authorisation, your card issuer will hold this value expecting a charge from us. Receipt of your credit card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Your card details are not kept in our system.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of data when communicate with us via email. Accordingly please do not send us payment information using email. Unless we are fraudulent or negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to the personal and transactional information you provide us when placing an order.
Delivery
JusTronics will make every effort to dispatch your order within the time stated below, however we rely on courier services and Royal Mail for actual delivery and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by them nor will we be liable for any loss or disappointment caused to you by late delivery.
All orders placed and paid Monday-Friday before 3.00 p.m. are dispatched the same day or the next working day, subject to stock availability and security checks. Orders placed after this time are processed the following working day. Orders delivered to UK Mainland addresses are dispatched by Royal Mail or UPS.
We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any monies paid by you without prior agreement being reached in advance with respect to the above terms. Your order will be delivered to the address you provide to us, therefore you must ensure that all details are full and correct, including postcode and house number. JusTronics will not be held responsible for any lost, undelivered or returned parcels due to incorrect or incomplete details supplied by you.
In the event that you fail to sign for, accept or collect your delivery and it is subsequently returned to us you will be offered the option to: 1. Cancel your order and we will refund all monies paid by you less ALL expenses incurred by JusTronics in attempting to deliver your order. 2. Request a re-delivery by reimbursing JusTronics for any expense incurred due to the return of your order PLUS the actual cost of re-delivery.
Please make sure that you allow sufficient lead time when placing your order with us to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as JusTronics cannot be held responsible for this. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Royal Mail 1st Class
We expect First Class Mail to reach you within 2 days from the day of dispatch- subject to Royal Mail suspensions of service, but please allow up to 15 working days for Royal Mail to deliver your order.
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded
Orders sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery require a signature and usually arrive the next day, but please allow up to 15 working days for Royal Mail to deliver your order.Please make sure that somebody is available to accept and sign for your parcel as requests to deliver to an alternative address may incur an additional charge from the carrier.
Royal Mail Special Delivery
Orders sent using Special Delivery require a signature and should arrive the next working day. Please make sure that somebody is available to accept and sign for your parcel as requests to deliver to an alternative address may incur an additional charge from the carrier.
UPS Delivery
Orders sent using UPS services require a signature and should arrive the next working day. A maximum of 2 delivery attempts will be made by courier after which time the package must be collected from your nearest depot within 5 days otherwise it will be returned to us.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible . As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being despatched. If your order has already been dispatched you may return the items to us in accordance with our Returns Policy (below).
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an item we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge.
Returns
You have the right to return a faulty or unwanted item within 7 days with the proof of purchase. Please note, that we reserve the right to refuse the warranty return due to physical damage caused by the customer during the repair.
Items damaged in transit
If you take delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, we will exchange the damaged items without charge to you provided you return the damaged item(s) to us within 7 days of taking delivery.
Faulty Items
You have the right to return a faulty item within 7 days with the proof of purchase.Please return any faulty item to our address, we will replace or refund you for the faulty item upon receiving the returned goods.
Incorrect Items
If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify our Customer Relations Department as soon as possible and return the incorrect item to us with the copy of invoice. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible or alternatively we will refund the item once it has been returned. We will not charge you for the incorrect item and we must have the incorrect item returned before investigating.
Unwanted Products
We aim to ensure that you are entirely satisfied every time you place an order with JusTronics. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us unused and undamaged, having taken reasonable care of it and complete with product packaging, instructionsand all components within 7 days from date of receipt for a refund of the purchase price.
Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage.
Alterations to this Website and Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right at any time to make changes to this website, these On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions, and such other policies as we may notify you of. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time you use the Website or order items from the Website. Changes which we are required to make by law could apply to orders which you have already made. If any of the terms and conditions forming the contract between us are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason, it will be deemed sever able and not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, as do we.

Terms and Condition of iPhone and iPod Repairs
By submitting your iPhone or iPod for repair you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the repair.
Sending / Receiving your iPhone or iPod
We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery as a fully insured method of post. We will not be held responsible for the loss of any items that you send to us. You will need to take your lost Item claim to your courier.
We will not be held responsible should your item arrive with us not adequately packaged and protected from damage via the post.
We will use the Royal Mail Special Delivery, to deliver your iPhone back to you.
We will not be responsible should you provide us with an incorrect delivery address for return postage. You should notify us immediately if you have made a mistake or need to change your delivery address.
If no communication is heard from you for 3 months after we have contacted you, we reserve the right to dispose of your iPhone.
Repairs
By submitting your chosen repairs on the website, or agreeing to repairs by email, you are authorizing JusTronics to carry out those repairs and send your iPhone back to you.
We cannot be accountable for any data loss when you send in your iPhone, including when you choose our data recovery services. Sometimes it is not possible to recover data. We advise that you backup your music and other data before sending your iPhone in to us.
We usually complete repairs or diagnosis on the same day that your iPhone is received in the workshop.
If you send your iPhone for diagnosis, we will send you a quote via e-mail with the problem and cost. As soon as you agree with the quote, the repair starts.
You cannot cancel a repair once you have confirmed and paid for it.
If we are unable to repair your described faults and the iPhone was received to us complete and untempered then we will refund your cost in full and return the iPhone free of charge.
Diagnosis
Each iPhone sent in for diagnosis is subject to a separate inspection fee.
If you choose to have your iPhone repaired after a diagnosis then your diagnosis fee will be taken off of the final repair price.
The diagnosis fee does not include return postage, you will select the return postage method when submitting your iPhone online.
Payment
Payment is accepted by Credit/Debit card through Pay-Pal, or via phone. The payment is placed after repair, when the job is finished.
Refunds/Charges
We operate under the distance selling regulations and our service is a personalized service where for we personally attend to and repair your iPhone therefore we can not accept returns on parts once we have carried out the repair unless they become faulty in which case you will be covered by our 1 month warranty.
Warranty
When we say that a 3 month warranty, this is given to the specific part or parts used to carry out the repair and not for your iPhone as a whole unit. We will only accept warranty claims if it's a genuine fault. We will not be responsible if you damage this part yourself.
Disclaimer
We must make it clear that when we under take a repair on your iPhone it will VOID your warranty with Apple.
When we replace logic boards or back plates the serial numbers on these components will no longer match.
The iPhone you send for repair is owned by you and is not stolen property.
Please note that an administration fee of £5.95 (which includes return postage) will be charged in any of the following circumstances...
If you have sent your iPhone off and want a refund but we haven't carried out the repair yet.
You send us the wrong iPhone model to be repaired and we can NOT repair that model
Should we send your iPhone out for delivery and it's not received or collected and the parcel gets returned to us. £5.95 will be charged for every time this happens.
If under warranty you send an iPhone back for repair and we do not find a fault that relates to the original repair we carried out.
